Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Subcontracting Assistant to support our Subcontracting Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining contractor and customer communication, and ensuring smooth project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with contractors regarding follow-ups on estimates, start dates, and project timelines.
• Communicate with customers regarding job completion, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of subcontractor information, contracts, and project progress.
• Track project timelines and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify and address project concerns with subcontractors to improve efficiency and quality.
• Provide feedback and assist in reviewing subcontractor performance.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure all subcontractor requirements are met.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $19.00/hr
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
